As this year comes to an end, I have a few updates to share...
I got to spend an inspiring two weeks at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute® in Boulder, CO, last month, delving deeper into my favorite thing to do: Helping people become more embodied by unwinding physical blocks to wholeness. While fine-tuning my tools under the guidance of some amazing instructors, I was reminded of why I fell in love with this work. The human experience is a wild, messy, vulnerable manifestation of life & everything we encounter along this journey is grounded and mirrored in our organic bodies. Simply put, stuff happens to us and our bodies hold the memory. Rolfing® has been the most reliable medium for transformation & healing for me. Why wouldn't I want to share this with you? On a more practical note: My new office hours are Sunday through Thursday 11 am to 6 pm. I am no longer longer offering 45 minute Restorative Cranial sessions because they turned out to be too short! With an additional 40+ hours of Biodynamic Craniosacral training, I am equipped to use these tools within Rolfing sessions as well as full stand alone sessions. With over 100 additional hours of continued education, I am changing my rates to reflect my current skill level & also counteract credit card processing fees. Beginning January 5th 2020:
